Senior Project Manager, Insurance Services


    Our client is a fast-growing US-based start-up founded by insurance industry veterans. Its product is built on the program administrator model, using technology solutions to drive new business processes, characterized by transparency and advocacy.

    The focus of this project will be the setup and customization of the fully managed, enterprise-level software platform, designed to automate the company's business processes.

    We are looking for a project manager with experience in IT project management.

    Required Skills and Experience

    • At least 4 years of experience managing IT projects
    • Technical background
    • Knowledge of project management theory
    • Understanding of SDLC
    • Experience using agile methodologies
    • Experience working with clients: establishing business contacts, managing expectations, getting feedback, discussing the client needs, and reporting
    • HR management skills: motivation, assessment, conflict management
    • Risk management
    • Experience working with project documentation written in English
    • Proactive
    • Result-oriented approach
    • Understanding the specifics of product development
    • Spoken and written English

    Additional Competencies

    • Experience working in product based IT companies
    • Experience in sales and preparing commercial proposals
    • Experience managing a group of projects and tracking the status of implementation
