Middle Project Manager, Worldwide Product Services

Our client is one of the world’s leading producers of consumer goods. Their portfolio contains several hundred brands. Almost half of the people on the planet use their products.

We’re currently looking for a specialist who wants to develop in the field of project management to join our team. In this position, you will have to organize and coordinate a team of 5-7 people and maintain communications with stakeholders.

Note that we hire specialists not to the project, but to one of DataArt’s companies. If the project is over, or you become uncomfortable in it, you can discuss a transition to another project.

Responsibilities

• Management of the development team
• Communication with stakeholders
• Management of daily activities in the project
• Monitoring of timeline, scope (estimated and spent), and budget
• Analysis of project risks and dependencies along with their resolution
• Regular reporting to stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ year of experience in managing IT projects
• Technical background (development experience/software testing/technology management/webcast) or practical experience
• Experience in planning and monitoring the development
• Presentation skills
• Experience with distributed multicultural teams and foreign clients
• Understanding the main stages of the software life cycle
• Experience with flexible development methodologies
• Experience with clients: building contacts, managing expectations, getting feedback, discussing needs, reporting
• Human resource management skills: motivation, evaluation, conflict resolution
• Risk management
• Experience in maintaining project documentation in English
• Proactive
• Result-oriented
• Good spoken and written English

• Experience in sales and in preparation of commercial offers
• Experience in managing multiple projects: setting goals, tracking the status
