Python Tech Lead, Insurance Services

Our client is a fast-growing US-based start-up founded by insurance industry veterans. Its product is built on the program administrator model, using technology solutions to drive new business processes, characterized by transparency and advocacy.

The focus of this project will be the setup and customization of the fully managed, enterprise-level software platform, designed to automate the company's business processes.

Main focus for this position is team leadership, communication with the customer, development planning and execution.

Hands-on work should take up around 50% of working time.

Must have

• Strong expertise with Python
• Experience with JavaScript
• 2+ years leading teams 10+ people
• Experience communicating with customer
• Architecture design practice
• Spoken English

Would be a plus

• BSCS or equivalent degree is preferred
• 6+ years of professional software development experience
