Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Working with stakeholders, building and developing business relations with clients
• Software development lifecycle management, responsibility for the implementation of projects
• Managing risks, expectations, and changes
• Daily team management
• Active participation in pre-sales and sales to new and existing customers

Required Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of experience in managing IT projects
• Understanding the stages of the software life cycle
• Experience in applying flexible development methodologies (Agile)
• Practical experience in managing risks, expectations, changes, and scope of work
• Risk management
• Experience working with clients: managing expectations, getting feedback, discussing needs
• Good spoken and written English

• Experience in managing a group of projects: setting goals, tracking implementation status
