Senior QA Automation Engineer, Investment Management Services

Our client is one of the world's largest investment funds that manages hundreds of billions of dollars. The company's business is focused on several areas: private equity, venture capital, real assets, investment solutions, and global market strategies.

DataArt specialists work on the project in several areas related to the core business of the client. We are helping to develop a decision support system for investment analysts. The project includes development, optimization and speeding up applications and databases.

We are not hiring the specialist just for this project, but also for one of the companies of the global DataArt network. When the project is over, or if after some time you no longer are satisfied with the project, you can discuss transitioning to another project with the managers.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of automated testing experience (at least some part of it using JS) 
• Experience in manual testing of desktop and/or mobile web applications
• Understanding a life cycle of product quality control
• Experience with MS SQL Server
• Knowledge of testing types and their implementation methods in the process of software testing
• Writing test documentation (test plans, test cases, etc.)
• Experience working with foreign clients (client level reporting)
• Good spoken English

Additional Competencies

• Experience working in projects in the financial sector
• Programming skills (OOP, knowledge of JavaScript and C#)
• Basic knowledge of databases and skills working with DBMS (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Ability to learn and master new technologies
