Requirements:

• Proven track record of converting business objectives into HR solutions, which translate into accomplished projects down the line. Success stories matter to us:
• Strong project management skills. Expertise with interpersonal management is the core value we are looking for;
• Ability to multi-task, adapt and adjust work focus on the fly;
• Natural leadership and cross-cultural exchange experience;
• Solid command of MS Office suite; Excel skills are essential for the job;
• Fluent English, both written and verbal communication.
  

Responsibilities:

• Takes charge of Global HR processes development and optimization. The tasks will encompass HR data quality, performance management, learning, and recruitment among other things;
• Leads the design and implementation, as well as change management and on-going process improvement for HR tools. The scope will include the HR system data and performance management, time-tracking system, learning and recruitment;
• Provides support with HR tools use and implementation for the HR and recruitment team;
• Conducts performance and engagement analysis to determine performance deterrents and defines integrated sets of solutions to eliminate them. This will touch upon potential process improvements as well as appropriate learning and development solutions
• Organizes internal training programs and learning workshops;
• Manages, leads, and delivers global HR projects and initiatives across all company locations.
• HR policies implementation in companies, acquired by Playtech on the global scale.
