Minimum Required Qualifications

· Position is mainly office based - occasional requirement to go into production areas (need PPE)

· Occasional travel (in EU) may be required

· Full-time position - occasionally some early starts / late finishes may be required as necessary

· Graduate calibre, ideally University degree or equivalent. Candidates with relevant work experience will be considered.

· Fluent in local language is required. English skill at communicative level will be additional attitude.

· Previous supply chain / supply planning / purchasing experience is preferred.

This role requires both existing supply chain technical capabilities plus potential for growth and personal development:

· Must have a high drive and energy level, and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Must be numerate, logical and able to make decisions based on calculation of empirical data.

· Representative behavior towards external suppliers - respective, demanding & constructive.

· Clear communication skills (verbal and written), need to communicate with people on different levels in the organization; essential that sound professional relationships are forged with key customers (internal and external), suppliers and colleagues.

· Stres resistant, takes responsibility for own actions, able to withstand challenge and scrutiny from peers and superiors.

· Must be hands-on, prepared to engage with the procurement, production and customer services processes.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; intermediate user of MS Excel

Must demonstrate a desire and capability for personal development.

Обязанности:

40% Ensure full availability of all raw materials required for on-time fulfilment of customer orders (no stock outs) and efficient production planning, against best total supply chain cost.

20% Review and challenge key order factors (order size and frequency, supplier lead times, contracts etc.) to optimize plant and inventory efficiency. Preparation of periodic reports and data analyze to improve supply chain performance and optimized cost.

20% Set and manage inventory levels (volume and value) in line with business targets and perform stock management & accounting

5% Initiate & Participate in defined continuous improvement projects (e.g. Portfolio and Packaging Rationalisation, Production Planning training, external warehousing and inventory optimization, lead time reduction)

5% Participate in S&OP process (data collection, analysis, decision making).

5% Active participation in new product launches, phasing in/out of products

5% Any other duties as assigned
