Requirements:

— Experience in full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment 2+ years;
— Good knowledge of local IT market and different recruitment tools/approaches;
— Experience in designing and implementing an effective sourcing strategy;
— Knowledge of recruiting searching methodology, sourcing tools;
— Ability to find unique solutions to attracting, sourcing, closing, and retaining passive and active candidates;
— Hands-on experience in designing and implementing an effective sourcing strategy based on an understanding of the market and the role;
— Good skills in written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate+).

Responsibilities:

— Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level (Engineering and Administrative roles);
— Work closely with our hiring teams HRBP and hiring managers to take a holistic approach in building each organization;
— Creating and deploying unique sourcing strategies to bring in new team members; thinking not just short term, but the long term needs of our hiring teams;
— Ensure a positive end-to-end interview experience for all candidates.
