Maxi Group International is a representative office of an international company that provides marketing, financial services (B2C). We are engaged in social projects, information technology, and many other areas of activity.
We are looking for the team leader, who would like to dive into our projects and boost them with his knowledge.
The role is to effectively manage and resolve any customer problems while ensuring a high degree of
customer satisfaction through the leadership of the Technical Support Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main admin for the organization's ticketing system - develop our support
organization's processes and adjust the ticketing system to fulfill its needs
- Lead, motivate and develop the Technical Services team and maximize the effective use of their
time and expertise
- Research issues and identify potential solutions while providing prompt and accurate feedback
to internal stakeholders
- Manage, monitor and improve internal helpdesk operations
- Develop and improve service desk procedures and standards
- Create and maintain SLA's including setting measurable KPI's to support the business and its
internal customers
- Develop and maintain workflow automations
- Manage real time incidents with multiple teams
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Skills / Requirements:
- Knowledge & experience in IT systems as Linux & Windows, Servers & Networking
- Excellent service-oriented skills
- Great leading skills and at least 2 years of experience in leading a support team
- Good understanding of and experience with managing incidents and supporting systems
- Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Exceptional organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with ITIL methodology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Accepts feedback from others and gives appropriate recognition to others
