We are currently looking for: IoT Project Coordinator (Embedded Software Engineering)
Necessary skills and qualifications:
Technical background is a must (working in Electrical/Mechanical/Firmware Engineering, Embedded Development, QA for at least 2 years)
Technical education (bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar)
Upper-intermediate English is a must
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in creating and maintaining project documentation
Ability to create a project plan and control execution during the whole project lifecycle
Will be a plus:
2+ years experience in the IT industry
Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
Experience in Industrial Automation: Automotive, RoboticExperience with Electrical Engineering, PCB Design
Experience with BLE, Wi-FI protocols
Working with Cloud: AWS, Google Cloud, MS Azure
Experience with the IoT project lifecycle (from idea to full functional prototype)
Understanding of the peculiarities and experience working with US and EU customers would be a significant advantage
Own hardware pet projects
Key responsibilities
Coordinate Embedded software development and test activities across several projects simultaneously
Lead projects’ planning sessions, estimation activities, and workshops with сustomers
Define and control project scope, timeline, and budget
Coordinate on stuffing with Resource Manager
Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Report potential issues and risks to Embedded Team Lead, PMO, and сustomer, create a mitigation plan
Manage customer expectations preparing well-structured emails, meeting minutes, weekly reports
Track customer satisfaction securing business growth opportunities and initiating new projects
