Moderator, Content Manager (no writing)

Opinion Corporation is an international company with 12 years experience in customer service and consumer advocacy. We have created one of the most popular online platforms for collecting reviews and complaints in the western market. Due to the extension of our Kharkiv office, we are looking for Moderators/Content managers, who are willing to work in a fast-growing international company.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• You will read and categorize posts due to our internal protocols, delete spam

• Do researchers on different companies and prepare reports

• Take part in weekly meetings with QA team

• Learn the features of the website, how it works and report in case of crashes

Even if you don't have experience in IT, you will succeed if:

• Your English is upper-intermediate

• You know how to Google

• You are attentive and like handling a repetitive workload.
