Key Responsibilities:
Leading and deployment of Pricing agenda
- Partners with Portfolio Team to optimize brand pack-price architecture, driving consumer penetration & category profit pool
- Partners with One Demand to develop pricing, pack & product mix guidelines
- Partners with One Demand teams for SKU optimization and price point opportunities by channel
- Leadership and project management of pricing actions
- Manages and monitors Retail Pricing Landscape and Pricing status
- Conducts detailed pricing analyses across channels / pack types to highlight opportunities
- Tracks competitors and multi-category pricing and pack architecture moves
Leading and deployment of Promo Effectiveness agenda
- Develop Promotional Playbook to guide trade promotion strategy, spending and overall trade investment productivity
- Integrates event level ROI analyses, generating insights to optimize Trade ROI across portfolio of investments and accounts
- Conducts event-level Trade ROI analysis, and effectively communicates insights and findings to KAMs
- Consolidates and monitors compliance to trade promotion guidelines at account or budget holder level
- Collaborates with Sales Directors / KAMs to design and deliver trade architecture strategy, routes to market (i.e., distributor/ wholesaler where applicable)
- Leverages TPM tool and partners with KAMs to ensure transparency of Trade Spend by account and by program
- Monitors Trade NQCs and works with Sales Operations to ensure actions taken to meet continuous improvement targets
- Provide local estimation / assessment of regional elasticity assumption to give judgement of market readiness for price increases
Drives capability building of SRM across the organization
- Evaluates SRM capabilities across organization
- Develops improvement road map with and action plan KPIs
- Responsible for plan execution
- Recommends tools required
- Responsible for implementation of available tools, act as a champion
Knowledge/Experience
- Minimum 3Y experience in Demand or Sales function in international FMCG company on middle management role
- Proven strong analytical skill set, influencing without authority, managing complex environments, good understanding of how customers think & act
- Mix of Demand and Sales experience is preferred
- SRM experience is desired
