Junior Marcom\Data Entry Specialist

Must be able to manage a high volume of repetitive tasks to a high degree of accuracy and work well under pressure to meet critical deadlines. What you'll be expected to do in the role:

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be working within a small dedicated team, providing administrative support for various marketing related activities:

• Retrieve, enter and update information into relevant databases as requested to ensure 100% accuracy
• Compiling, combining, rearranging, verifying accuracy and sorting data by comparing it to source documents information (cross-referencing across multiple information sources)
• Verifying outdated data and making any necessary changes to records
• Checking completed work for accuracy
• Organizing existing data in a spreadsheet
• Liaising with colleagues to resolve queries, inconsistencies or missing data

As a Junior Marcom Specialist, you will support Media Buying activities in Facebook / Google related to:

• Set up and execute media buying campaigns on different channels
• Analysis & optimization on the campaign / ad set / ad level on a daily basis
• Running experiments in a scientific way (with observation, hypothesis, desired outcomes & actions)
• Data & ideas digging to find new opportunities for scaling

Based on your skills and performance, there will also be scope for progression and engagement with more complex tasks.

Requirements:

• Excellent data entry and keyboard skills
• Strong analytical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Strong knowledge of Excel would be a plus
• Basic knowledge of WordPress, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords and/or HTML is a plus
• Previous experience in Marketing / Media Buying spheres would be a plus
• Ability to be hands on, with a comfort in driving routine tasks
• Undertake new marketing projects as assigned
