Data Entry/Media Buying Specialist

We are looking for

You will be confident and self-motivated decision maker, with excellent attention detail, both in the inputting and reviewing of information. Must be able to manage a high volume of repetitive tasks to a high degree of accuracy and work well under pressure to meet critical deadlines. Able to organise workload and manage working time effectively.

Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be working within a small dedicated team, providing administrative support for various marketing related activities:

• Entering detailed cost breakdowns of service charge budgets on a monthly basis
• Reviewing source documents to identify data to be entered, checking data entered against source document and inputting it to ensure 100% accuracy
• Cross-referencing across multiple information sources to verify the data
• Liaising with colleagues to resolve queries, inconsistencies or missing data

As a Media Buying Specialist, you will support Media Buying activities related to:

• WordPress sites administration
• Working with Facebook Ads and Google Adwords

Based on your skills and performance, there will also be scope for progression and engagement with more complex tasks.

Requirements:

• Excellent data entry and keyboard skills
• Strong analytical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Strong knowledge of Excel would be a plus
• Basic knowledge of WordPress, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords and/or HTML is a plus
• Previous experience in Marketing / Media Buying spheres would be a plus
• Ability to be hands on, with a comfort in driving routine tasks
• Undertake new marketing projects as assigned
