Customer Support Representative (Korean native with knowledge of English)

And we are looking for:

Hard-skills:

• Fluency in writing and speaking in the Korean language;
• Experience of work in customer support will be good;
• Quick answer on a client request;
• Good PC user.

Soft-skills:

• Multitasking, flexibility;
• Stress resistance and adaptability;
• Ability to distribute working hours properly;
• Customer orientation and service.

What is necessary to do:

• Support of users in the mode of incoming chats/calls/letters;
• Identification of the motive for the client’s appeal;
• Analysis of problems that arise in the user and search for solutions to the problem;
• Communication with other divisions of the company.
