And we are looking for:
Hard-skills:
- Fluency in writing and speaking in the Korean language;
- Experience of work in customer support will be good;
- Quick answer on a client request;
- Good PC user.
Soft-skills:
- Multitasking, flexibility;
- Stress resistance and adaptability;
- Ability to distribute working hours properly;
- Customer orientation and service.
What is necessary to do:
- Support of users in the mode of incoming chats/calls/letters;
- Identification of the motive for the client’s appeal;
- Analysis of problems that arise in the user and search for solutions to the problem;
- Communication with other divisions of the company.
