ARCE is an international outsourcing contact center that provides high-tech services for leading Ukrainian and world companies. Our specialization is in creating leading standards for remote customer service. In Ukraine, our offices are in four cities: Kyiv, Lviv, Khmelnytsky and Rivne, and there are also two offices abroad.
We always welcome new active people in our TEAM to provide and develop together an outstanding customer experience for our clients. Now we open a new position of Customer Support Representative Korean language in our project for an international company which rents out electric scooters and bicycles all over the world.
And we are looking for:
Hard-skills:
- Good writing and speaking in the Korean language, at least C1 / C2;
- Working experience in customer support will be an advantage;
- Quick answer on a client request;
- Good PC user.
Soft-skills:
- Multitasking, flexibility;
- Stress resistance and adaptability;
- Ability to distribute working hours properly;
- Customer orientation and service.
What is necessary to do:
- Support users via incoming chats/calls/emails;
- Define the essence of the client’s request;
- Analyze problems that arise behind the user and search for their solutions;
- Communicate with the other departments of the company.
