Quality Assurance Analyst (Kyiv/Kharkiv/remote)

Intego Group is looking for talented Quality Assurance Analyst with an innovative mindset and technical skillset to join our growing team.

The position is open within Intego’s Kyiv, Kharkiv offices or remotely.

As the Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be working with a fast-paced development team testing web sites and web-based applications. Using Agile techniques, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-level product quality that ultimately delights our customers. You will be a valuable member of a team of testers and interns, all with the same goal: to provide the level of quality our customers expect and deserve. You will aid in strategic test plans to ensure the completeness of quality assurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Sitecore CMS is considered a plus
• Previous experience working in an
• Agile environment is also considered a plus

Responsibilities:

• Design, architecture, and implementation of complete solutions to testing software and quality assurance of web applications
• Create and review test cases/ test scenarios and processes ensuring alignment with standards
• Prepare testing metrics and report QA findings
• Identify and communicate risks and issues
• Support all quality initiatives that are implemented during each phase of the development life cycle
• Develop and provide recommendations regarding test automation to the existing frameworks
• Support in the development of quality assurance and testing policies, standards and procedures
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other team members and customer to expedite project delivery and improve the quality of product delivered
• Work every day with an Agile team
• Keep developing strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgments
• Collaborate with internal and external team members, onshore and offshore
• Ensure Project and Resource Manager are aware of all-important issues, good and bad happening with yourself or team.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment to develop and implement design

• Excellent analytical and debugging skills

• Strong knowledge of build/deployment automation and continuous integration (Jenkins) highly desirable

• Good understanding of version control systems such as SVN, Git, Bit-Bucket or similar

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, agile environment

• Awareness to Software Development and Testing life cycle

• Ability to identify and solve problems creatively and effectively

• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

Will be a plus: • Some experience in Automation with different types of frameworks

• Programming skills with Core JAVA & OOPs, Selenium Web Driver.
