Competera uses Big Data and Deep Learning to change the way retailers do pricing. We are known for both cutting-edge math 'under the hood' and for deep expertise in the pricing domain. We are now looking for a Customer Support Manager to change the way we support the customers' everyday needs.
What you will do:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues within defined SLAs
- Seek for the best solution to address customer needs
- Provide forehanded interactions between customers and different departments at Competera
- Operate with Jira Service Desk, Intercom, Jenkins
- Educate customers about Competera product
- Support the Knowledge Base
Starter-kit needed to join the board:
- 1 + year of Customer Service experience
- Advanced English and native or bilingual Ukrainian/Russian (written and spoken) proficiency is a must
- Conflict management skills and maintain a professional composure
- Strong desire to be part of a team achieving personal and company goals
- Readiness to shift schedule (no night shifts)
Pleasant extras:
