Our client is a fintech company that develops a leading-edge accounting software solution. The product applies machine learning to assist finance teams in fine-tuning their workflows and increasing their overall efficiency.
Currently, the company is looking for a project manager to handle customer onboarding. The goal is to apply various project management techniques to turn onboarding into a more structured and transparent process.
This position represents a great opportunity to transform the onboarding process and elevate it to a new level.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the project delivery;
- Provide PMO oversight for other onboarding projects;
- Track onboarding projects with the portfolio management tool. Handle ownership duties for the instrument;
- Keep the project metrics up to date and maintain their accuracy;
- Collaborate with the onboarding team;
- Handle MI reporting regarding the developments of our project portfolio;
- Cooperate with the engineering team regarding product changes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management/Customer Support/Account management;
- Advanced written/verbal English;
- Excellent communication/negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of client onboarding for a B2B SaaS segment;
- Good analytical skills to develop the necessary MI reporting;
- Knowledge of collaborative PM tools;
- Understanding of Accounts Receivables would be an advantage.
