HR manager

Our client — an international pharmaceutical company — is looking for professional and motivated HR Manager to take responsibility for all HR issues in Ukrainian branch and functionally support branch offices in Lithuania and Latvia.

The position is based in Kyiv and directly reports to Regional Country Head and dotted line-to Global Head of HR.

Main Tasks:

• Implement and communicate the HR-strategy in agreement with the Corporate policy and HR strategy of HQ
• Implement all personnel measures in accordance with Labor Legislation
• Providing a competent service for all HR issues to the Heads of Depts and employees
• Recruiting suitable candidates for vacant positions timely
• Ensuring on-boarding process for employees
• Implement personnel development in accordance with the requirements of department managers, employees and company need;
• Organizing employees training and development programs;
• Coordinate the Appraisal Performance process;
• Establishing fair and competitive compensation system for all positions on the basis of salary benchmarks;
• Conducting personnel reporting: headcount, statistics, salaries, fluctuation rate etc.
• Develop local policies on the basis of corporate policies and ensure they are being obeyed to;
• Execute employee attitude surveys etc.

Our Expectations:

• Masters` Degree in HR, psychology, economics or related program or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years' experience as HR Manager in the international company, preferably pharmaceutical
• Fundamental knowledge of HR management, personnel development, labor law, Comp&Ben
• Profound MS Office User
• Good knowledge of 1C system
• Ability to work in independent and responsible manner
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
