National power company "Ukrenergo" is inviting to take part in the competition to fill the position of: 

Senior executive assistant

Responsibilities:

•  Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Managing  CEO's calendar and organizing meetings and appointments
• Holding meetings, preparing documents
• Producing reports and presentations; information search and analytics (work with data arrays in Excel, construction of charts, funnels, data collation)
• Preparing of board meetings, materials for them, making notes with results of the meetings
• Lettering and phone calling 
• Making travel arrangements for CEO
• Team management 

What we expect from you:

• 3 year + experience as executive assistant in companies with more than 1000 employees 
• Fluent English
• Multitasking and ability to search for information quickly 
• Good negotiation skills 
• Mc Office knowledge 
• Making reports and presentations 
• Willingness to be in touch with CEO and help with any issue

• Communication skills, system thinking, proactivity, initiativeness, ability to work autonomously
