Reporting Specialist

Description:

•Preparation of monthly reporting package in  accordance with US GAAP standards requirements in SAP PMX;
•Uploading of financial data into reporting  systems;
•Preparation of necessary reconciliation between SAP PMX and reporting systems;
•Communication with business financial managers in terms of information requests and any other questions relating  to reporting process;
•Preparation of balance sheet accounts reconciliation in accordance with internal GE requirements;
•Preparation of annual statutory vs US GAAP reconciliation;
•Calculation of corporate income tax/deferred tax expenses/balances on quarterly basis;
•Understand differences between locally recognized National Accounting Standards and reported US GAAP figures;
•Provide support to businesses on relevant issues; build and maintain strong working relationships with the local GE Businesses;
•Effectively support various GE Teams with data requests

Profile:
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in “Big 4” audit companies;
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required;
· A knowledge of GAAP/IFRS;
· Is flexible and able to work as part of a team;
· Proficient in MS Office, XL in particular;
· SAP experience as advantage;
· Intermediate or above English skills, both oral and written
· Strong time management and multitasking skills.
