Employer Branding Trainee

The vacancy is open within JUMP Traineeship Program. Traineeship program includes 3 rotations in different departments: 6 months(1st rotation in Employer Branding), 3 months (2nd rotation) and 3 months ((2nd rotation) and 28 days of official vacation (total). Employer Branding team develops brand of JTI Ukraine through building positive both internal and external perception by conducting different events, working with professional and student organizations, and social media. 

We are looking for you, if you:

• Last-year student or recent graduate (2018-2020)
• Able to work at least 30 hours per week
• Experienced in SMM or copywriting, which will be an advantage
• Experienced in events organization, which will be an advantage
• Have previous social activities or membership in youth organizations, which will be an advantage

Also, you have:

• Fluent Ukrainian and Russian, advanced English (must)
• Excellent writing skills in all three languages
• Experience in working with graphic and video editors
• Ability to work with several tasks & projects effectively
• «Can do» attitude

You as a person are:

• Social networks active user
• Always aware of current trends and you can use them in your work
• Team-oriented, and able to network and set up good connections
• Creative, innovative, enterprising, able to think outside the box
• Proactive, eager to learn and keep pace with business and technology trends

What will you do in Employer Branding?

• Participate in the development and implementation of a media plan for brand promotion
• Manage company’s career accounts in the social networks (Facebook & Instagram)
• Support the content preparation for Social Media (create and/or proofread text and visuals)
• Assist Employer Branding events conduction (Career Fairs, Open Days, Student conferences, etc.)
• Coordinate participants of student programs, incl. Make It Bright case championship
• Collaborate with student organizations, student career centers, external vendors
