We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our People & Culture team and supervise our full-cycle recruitment process for various functions and seniority levels and create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs. The role is key to ensure we offer a positive candidate experience to both internal and external talents.

 

What will you actually do?

  • Provide professional support to line managers in the selection process, ensuring the best-fit talents placement
  • Manage internal and external recruitment processes:
  • Maintain data in the SuccessFactors (Applicant Tracking System) and other job boards
  • Coordinate onboarding for newcomers
  • Manage Exit interview process and related reporting
  • Build long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates to develop sufficient talent pool for potential vacancies
  • Maintain documents flow related to recruitment process (contracts with external providers, invoices, etc.). Plan and control recruitment budget
  • Create and discuss candidates' profiles (together with hiring managers), define selection criteria
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
  • Advertise vacancies on various channels including job boards, social networks and our career page
  • Source potential candidates through various channels
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, tests & questionnaires, video/ face-to-face interviews
  • Create and publish announcements about new appointments

 

What are we looking for?

You as a professional have:

  • Previous full cycle recruiting experience (at least 1 year)
  • Experience with interviewing and evaluating candidates (using phone/Skype screening, structured interviews and tests)
  • Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
  • Experience in other HR functions will be an advantage
  • At least intemediate English, fluent Ukrainian and/or Russian

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Emotional intelligence and assertiveness skills
  • Friendly personality with natural interest in other people
