HR Specialist

We are looking for an HR Specialist who will build trusted relationships with both employees and managers, help the company provide a great employee experience, and retain our top talents. This is a full-time permanent position in Lviv (flexible hours, work from home is possible).

MUST HAVE

• HR background (at least 1 year of working experience in HR, talent management)
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
• High level of teamwork and networking
• Excellent planning, time management, organization, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills
• Ability to operate within a busy and changing work environment
• High level of personal drive, love for challenge, and initiative
• Able to work autonomously with minimal direction
• English level — at least Intermediate

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide full scope of HR service: on-boarding, one-on-one meetings with employees, performance reviews, off-boarding
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers in order to boost job satisfaction and employee retention
• Manage company benefits, measure their effectiveness, and recommend improvements
• Co-organize corporate events with our office manager (Happy Friday, other celebrations)
• Prepare company monthly newsletter
• Help us build an impressive employer brand
