We are looking for an HR Specialist who will build trusted relationships with both employees and managers, help the company provide a great employee experience, and retain our top talents. This is a full-time permanent position in Lviv (flexible hours, work from home is possible).
MUST HAVE
- HR background (at least 1 year of working experience in HR, talent management)
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
- High level of teamwork and networking
- Excellent planning, time management, organization, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to operate within a busy and changing work environment
- High level of personal drive, love for challenge, and initiative
- Able to work autonomously with minimal direction
- English level — at least Intermediate
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide full scope of HR service: on-boarding, one-on-one meetings with employees, performance reviews, off-boarding
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers in order to boost job satisfaction and employee retention
- Manage company benefits, measure their effectiveness, and recommend improvements
- Co-organize corporate events with our office manager (Happy Friday, other celebrations)
- Prepare company monthly newsletter
- Help us build an impressive employer brand
