Team Lead of Performance

Moneyveo is one of the largest product fintech companies in Ukraine. According to Ukrainian E-Commerce Expert, we are № 1 in the non-bank lending market in Ukraine and are now approaching 1 million users.

We are looking for Team Lead of Performance to join our Sales & Marketing department as a Lead a team of 7 members (2 SEO, 3 PPC, 2 CPA). You will be responsible for the strategic and tactical planning of online advertising and promotion of performance (productive) channels, organization and control of online analytics, effectiveness of advertising campaigns for 1 Ukrainian and 2 foreign markets.

Requirements:

• Expertise in marketing performance (PPC, SEO, CPA, etc)
• Team management experience
• Understanding the business goals of the company in which he works and the impact of his work
• Financial background/literacy

Responsibilities:

• Strategic and tactical planning of online advertising and promotion of performance (productive) channels.
• Ensuring the implementation of work plans in each of the channels: PPC, SEO, CPA, Social Media Advertising, Targeting ads, Programmatic, Retargeting, etc.
• Ensuring the implementation of plans to work with channel managers (PPC, SEO, CPA, Social Media Advertising, Targeting ads, Programatic, Retargeting) in the Company and external contractors.
• Quality control and preparation of marketing reports in each channel by each performer (both internal and external).
• Organization and control of setting up and conducting online analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), evaluating the effectiveness of channels and advertising campaigns at the level of traffic, conversions both independently and with each individual artist.
• Work with UX / UI (Graphic Designer) of any resources that the company needs: sites, landings, mobile applications.
• Conduct A / B / N () tests to improve the UX / UI of the main site and other sites or landings.
• Preparation of regular reports (including for accounting).
• Development and training of your team, participation in training programs within the company
• Communication with other divisions of the company
