QHSE manager

      MAS SEEDS is looking for a QHSE manager in Dnipro (place of work - Dnipropetrovsk region, Tsarichansky district, village Mogilev). 

      The QHSE Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing the Company Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Management System and fully responsible for implementing safe systems of work and safe behavioral practices at all levels of the organization. Your ultimate goal is to drive through Quality initiatives to improve operational efficiencies in a safe and healthy environment. You will lead HSE team and hold HSE meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

H S E

• Lead the implementation of the Corporate HSE strategy;
• Main representative of the subsidiary for the Group; coordination with MAS          Seeds HSE team;
• Coordinate & animate the work of HSE local representative;
• Lead HSE monthly meetings & KPIs monthly review;
• Give assistance/ advises to the HSE team with Group HSE requirements and assist in compliance;
• Responsible of safety audits and follow-ups;
• Responsible for the workplace incidents/ accidents investigation;
• Lead Safety Visits and Safety Briefs organization;
• Conduct HSE presentations to employees when required;
• PPE purchasing validation;
• Responsible for HSE budget 

 Quality

• Responsible for compliance with ISO9001 and ESTA certification;
• Lead external and internal audits;
• Management Review organization and leading;
•  Quality documents updating;
• RCA (Root cause analysis) responsible and advisor for the departments;
• Help with Customer complaints handling;
• Responsible for working with quality tools (GED – document management; Qualishare – Non-conformities & Customer Complaints management).
