Business Partner Controlling Ukraine

Currently we are looking for Business Partner Controlling for Ukraine based in Kyiv who would be a key interaction point for the business to provide high-quality consulting, insight-related and knowledge-based services from a functional perspective and to improve decision making.

Your Tasks:

• Executing financial planning, realizing budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Performance of regular business profitability reviews and analysis.
• Being first point of contact for business.
• You are supporting business in the decision-making process with reports and analytics.
• Managing and supporting improvement projects.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of functional KWS-wide policies, standards, rules and guidelines.

Your Profile:

• Academic degree in Economics/Business Administration.
• Extensive experience in the field of Controlling in globall production industry environment.
• Very good English (written and spoken), fluent Ukrainian and/or Russian.
• Excellent level of customer orientation, analytical thinking and problem solver mentality.
• Project Management experience (PMP would be a plus) and strong organizational skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Experience in relevant IT systems (Microsoft Office, SAP FI/CO,etc.).
