AML & Compliance officer

Porsche Finance Group Ukraine is represented by Porsche Leasing Ukraine, Porsche Mobility and Porsche Insurance Agency. They are owned by the Austrian Porsche Bank, which belongs to the Porsche Holding (Volkswagen Group).

PFG Ukraine provides financial, operating leasing, car loans, insurance and fleet management for Volkswagen, Audi,SEAT, Porsche, Skoda and MAN.

PFG Ukraine is offering the unique possibility to join the team on one of key positions as

AML & Compliance officer

Responsibilities:

• Full support of AML and financial monitoring legislative requirements according to local and mother-company legislation incl set up of new NBU procedures, maintaining of due processes and reporting, learning, monitoring of legislation
• Acting as an employee responsible for financial monitoring according to legislation
• Full support of Compliance procedures and group guidelines according to company standards incl. implementation of new procedures, reporting, case study and learning
• Active promoting the enhancement of Compliance and Ethics programs aimed at adhering to corporate compliance standards, Ukrainian legislation and internal rules at all levels
• Legal support of core activities of the company according to the current company needs and reasonable instructions of management

General requirements:

• Advanced degree in law;
• Foreign language competence - fluent business English, German is an advantage;
• 5 years' experience in AML& Compliance ideally within a bank;
• Profound knowledge in financial monitoring regulations (certificate of responsible of financial monitoring officer is a plus)
• Ability to implement change processes;
• Demonstration of high integrity, flexibility, willingness and consciousness of responsibility;
• Unrestricted personal integrity to represent Compliance issues convinced and trustworthy to internal and external organization;
• Strong communication, negotiation and facilitation skills, confident appearance.
