Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes and performing reference checks
- Managing onboarding process for new employees with all relevant documentation
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating
- Working closely with outsourced company on HR and payroll related issues
- Steering annual performance review
- Participating in different projects (HR Administration automatization, mobile working etc.)
- Supporting any other duties as reasonably required by management
General requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist (min 3 years)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving and decision making
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and payroll process
- Strength of character ethics, commitment and reliability
- Fluent in English (German is of advantage)
