Human Resource Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes and performing reference checks
• Managing onboarding process for new employees with all relevant documentation
• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating
• Working closely with outsourced company on HR and payroll related issues
• Steering annual performance review
• Participating in different projects (HR Administration automatization, mobile working etc.)
• Supporting any other duties as reasonably required by management

General requirements:

• Proven work experience as an HR Specialist (min 3 years)
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving and decision making
• In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and payroll process
• Strength of character ethics, commitment and reliability
• Fluent in English (German is of advantage)
