Head of Accounting Team

Responsibilities:

• Organization and assurance of the accounting function (Ukrainian GAAP and IFRS)
• Control over all accounting and tax records, compliance with legislation requirements and internal policies
• Preparation of the annual financial statements, Reports to Statistics, Regulator and Tax authority
• Participation and coordination of monthly and year end closing
• Communication with the external auditor and tax authorities
• Professional management, evaluation and development of the accounting team

General requirements:

• 10+ years of extensive experience in accounting and reporting at international companies
• 3+ years of managerial experience as a Chief Accountant
• SAP knowledge, excellent computer skills
• Excellent knowledge of tax legislation and accounting
• Understanding of leasing/banking business
• English level B2 (both written and verbal)
• Strong Leadership and communication skills, responsibility
• Analytical skills and Hands-on approach
