In-house Lawyer

Responsibilities:

• Legal support of contracts signing process (drafting, negotiation, full cycle preparation of documentation)
• Legal analysis of counter agents state
• Legal support of in-house business activities of the company (financing contracts, servicing of clients and counter agents, everyday support of business activities)
• Participating in automatization related projects
• Supporting any other duties as reasonably required by management

General requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Lawyer, preferably in international company, reputable law firm (min 5 years)
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving and decision making
• In-depth knowledge of civil, economic,corporate legislation
• Strength of character ethics, commitment and reliability
• Upper-intermediate in English (German is of advantage)
