National Sales Force Manager

We are seeking an experienced and successful Sales Force Manager with deep knowledge in pharmaceutical market, its tendencies and development.

Our candidate will be responsible for sales team management and engagement, development and coaching, energising the team to achieve high levels of motivation and delivery of sales targets.

 

Duties:

  • Management of the sales force department: regional managers and a group of medical representatives throughout the country.
  • Establishing and monitoring the implementation of tasks assigned to regional managers, is responsible for the development of their professional skills.
  • Development and implementation of sales plans together with the Marketing Manager.
  • Coordination the activities of regional managers and medical representatives, implements actions aimed at improving the efficiency of their work.
  • Organization the collection of information about the market situation, its trends, the activities of competitors.
  • Leading efficiency projects.
  • Reporting and continious communication with HQ.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher medical education.
  • Experience in a similar position from 3 years in a pharmaceutical company.
  • Strong management, coaching and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Reporting and analytical skills
  • English oral and written.
  • Result orientation
  • Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian (both written and oral)
