Agile Delivery Manager for Ciklum Digital

Currently Ciklum is looking for Agile Delivery Manager to join our team and become a key person responsible for Quality Engineering practices delivery for different projects.

Responsibilities:

Agile Delivery Manager's (Quality Engineering Services) main responsibility is to make sure that Quality Engineering Strategy, Plans, Practices and Processes to be delivered successfully. The responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Active involvement in presale activities of new business
• Proposal preparation based on the client needs
• Communication with clients regarding the Quality Engineering services and suggest a solution based on the client's needs
• Set up team from scratch based on the client needs
• Plan, monitor, and control of the delivery process from Quality Engineering perspective
• Risk management
• Budget management
• Best Quality Engineering practice implementation and supervision on one or several different projects
• Quality Engineering Strategy preparation and adjustment on a regular basis
• Improving or setting-up Quality Engineering processes for several different integrated solutions
• Quality Engineering Consulting
• Quality Engineering Methodology Implementation, Agile QA Process Management

Requirements:

• 7+ years professional experience in Quality Engineering area
• 3+ years of leading, coaching experience
• 2+ years of delivery experience
• Quality Engineering Process implementation knowledge
• Solid experience in automation/performance/security process implementation
• Understanding of DevOps practices
• Team leading / management at least 5 people
• Excellent knowledge of different testing methods, techniques and types
• Knowledge of testing specifics for different application types and business domains
• Deep understanding of development processes, approaches, infrastructure and tools
• Number of successfully delivered projects at least 5
• Experience in Presales process with clients
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid upper-intermediate English level

Desirable:

• ISTQB, PMP, ICAgile, and/or other certificates
• Familiarity and practical experience with SAFe or other Agile Scaled frameworks
