Сustomer Support Specialist for Ciklum Support Center (Dnipro)

On behalf of Ciklum Support Center, Ciklum is looking for a Customer  Support Specialist  to join the Dnipro team on a full-time basis. 

Our automated sports production solutions revolutionize traditional video capture, production and distribution processes, enabling professional and amateur sports organizations to affordably cover and monetize their events.

Responsibilities:

• Working night shifts, 3-4 shifts a week;
• Gain and maintain full knowledge of the company's' products and flows;
• Proactively monitoring, sampling and testing events on the Production environment;
• Providing first tier support to any issue raised and found;
• Responsibility for customer support cases coming from both emails and phone calls.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English
  - Must;
• Service and Customer oriented person;
• Experience in customer support Tier 1 or 2 - Must;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Must;
• Experience with American customers - advantage.
