Foreign trade specialist

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinates shipment of finished goods from the suppliers
• Makes sure timely orders placement for imported finished goods
• Executes checks of the shipping documents, customs documents, financial documents
• Upon need checks if the assortment of the shipment corresponds the placed order
• Creates finished products cards in 1C, Reflects goods receipt in 1C, Reflects valid price for the finished goods in 1C, Reflects data on Conclusion of SSUFSCP in 1C
• Upon needs creates an order for goods receipt
• Upon need raises claims towards suppliers
• Upon need executes calculation of customs payments for the imported goods
• Organizes interaction with Customs Authorities. Upon need process reconciliation for customs payments
• Upon need creates reports on foreign trade KPIs
• Acts as a back up for the transportation specialist (shipping documents preparation for the shipment to customers, makes sure shipping documents return, checks transport invoices, keeps a transport report)
• Experienced in using MS Excel and 1C – confident user

Qualification:

• 1-3 years of relevant or similar experience 
• English on enough level to communicate with HQ and international vendors

Collaboration with other departments:

• Close collaboration with Foreign Trade Manager, Senior Logistics Specialist, Transportation Specialist
