Retention manager (English, Polish, Russian)

Arosolutions is a leading International company that specializes on trading in the financial markets (Forex, CFD contracts, cryptocurrency market and other financial instruments) since 2011.

We are looking for potential employees to work with new and existing customers in retention department.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and increasing sales of the company
• Phone calls of existing clients
• Identifying customer needs
• Working with database
