Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Exciting times at Beetroot!! We are currently seeking an AR coordinator to join our team. If you feel comfortable working with numbers and are trustworthy in handling confidential information as it crosses your desk, then we invite you to work with us!

You will work with our client – Internet Vikings – a leading provider for the iGaming and SEO industries in Europe and Asia. They are a premium hosting provider, entirely tailored for iGaming operators, gaming platforms, and SEO professionals since 2008. Their full suite of services makes them a one-stop-shop for clients and a leading provider for technological and digital assets.

Responsibilities:

• Customer invoicing (including sanity check against agreements)

• Schedule customer reminders

• Finance Second line customer support

• Reconciliation of AR-related balance accounts in month-end closing

• Back-up for colleagues within the finance team during the absence

• As an AR coordinator, you will report to the company Head of Finance in Stockholm 

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s (Master’s) degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)

• Documented experience in a similar role

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

• General math skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, primarily Excel

• Attention to details

• Communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset

• Advanced level of English (required)    

Bonus:

• Customer service skills

• Experience in working internationally

• Previous experience from accounting- and BI systems, e.g., Visma, Salesforce
