IT Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a talented specialist to join our superb recruitment team in Kremenchuk, helping us reach our goals on the road to becoming the most impactful IT company in Ukraine! ?

After creating a homely working environment in seven cities in Ukraine, the Beetroot team is looking for a recruiter to help continue this important task in Kremenchuk. We need a passionate and talented specialist who sincerely believes that an effective hiring strategy is what sets the tone for future cooperation between people and the company.

Your responsibilities will include facilitating the entire hiring cycle – from forming the position, searching for new Beetroots to making them fall in love with their work. You’ll take part in PR events, such as job fairs and user groups, with the support of our communications team. You can also be an essential part of building and improving our recruitment processes. ?

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment
• Result-oriented and responsible attitude towards work
• Decent knowledge of the IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies
• A solid pool of connections
• Profound knowledge of different sources for finding new candidates
• Strong networking skills
• Warm and welcoming personality
• Good English!
