Full-stack Developer (Front-end oriented)

We’re thrilled to expand our team with an awesome, new member. This time, we’re looking for an ambitious Full-stack developer (Front-end oriented) to join the Beetroot family and work with our client from Malta.
You'll get the opportunity to work in an international environment, at a 100% digital company that is the market leader within the online gaming industry. We are looking for a candidate with a keen eye for design for the position of Full-stack Developer (Front-end oriented). You will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties. You are required to work in teams alongside Back-end Developers, Graphic Designers, and User Experience Designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent.
In our collaboration model, you will work and communicate directly with the development team on the client’s side.

Responsibilities:

• Determining the structure and design of web pages
• Ensuring user experience determines design choices
• Developing features to enhance the user experience
• Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design
• Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones
• Building reusable code for future use
• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability
• Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages
• Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design

 
What we’re looking for:

• At least 2-3 years of experience/ expert-level full-stack development experience implementing solutions
• Understanding of key design principles
• Proficiency with Angular, HTML, SCSS, Node.JS
• Understanding of server-side rendering 
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design
• Understanding of SEO principles
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good level of speaking and writing skills in English
• Good social skills - ability to work with team members and other departments 
• Flexible and rapidly adaptable to new situations
• Experience with Agile
• Organized, self-motivated and result-oriented
