UX/UI Designer

Our customer is a proven Nordic alarm and event handling software company within Personal Care, Personal Security, and IoT. We are needing a candidate with the ability to create modern, intuitive, user-friendly UX/UI - someone who can suggest solutions from early/unclear customer needs.

In our collaboration model, you will work and communicate directly with the development team on the client's side.

Responsibilities:

• Designing UX sketches on high-level appropriate tools, as well as hands-on design and implementing UX/UI
• Educating the organization on good UX/UI practices

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of UX/UI experience
• A proactive person who applies an Agile approach to improving UX sketches. You will work closely with important stakeholders in the requirement specification phase before development.
• Someone who is comfortable dialoguing with customers, listening and learning customers' pain points, and suggesting nice UX.
• Ability to create first-class solutions to fulfill customer needs.
• A team player who builds the best solutions with the rest of the distributed development team.
• An organizational expert in UX/UI related matters, using the latest techniques and tools to build solid UX.
• Nice level of English!

Bonus:

• Experience working in short release cycles with short sprints.
