Marketing Product Manager (gambling and betting industry)

We are a young and ambitious entertainment brand with an international presence which proceeds with expansion around the world. Local Marketing Team is responsible for establishing brand, fitting customer communication and boosting business in Ukraine.

And right now we are looking for a Marketing Product Manager who will make our site (vbetua.com) the place where clients can get the best entertainment experience in the market. If your strong side is multitasking and ability to manage different processes at the same time and you are interested in sports and betting, then you are definately our perfect teammate .

Our main expectations are:

• 3+ years of experience in betting or online casino industry;

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (highly desirable);

• Strong understanding of value in betting offers, casino games, betting product trends, etc.;

• Experience in software development, change management, operations management would be the strong advantage;

• Familiarity with digital channels and online client acquisition tactics would be an advantage;

• Proven experience in managing complex marketing campaigns;

• Strong understanding of key betting/gambling business metrics; 

• Ability to make strong analytic insights basing on the raw data; 

• Fluency with MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Visio;

• Technical acumen and ability to work with process flow or analytical tools, such Jira, CRM system and others;

• English - Upper Intermediate, Russian and Ukrainian – Fluent;

• Strong interest in sports, poker, cybersport, betting, international marketing; 

• Ability for multitasking, excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;

• High level of creativity and personal flexibility.

So what are the tasks for our Marketing Product Manager:

• Lead betting and gambling product offers development and placement; 

• Suggest web site usability improvements, UX/UI updates, client experience features to be implemented; 

• Generate ideas for tactical promotions, be responsible for promo approval and execution; 

• Build promo plan for tactical campaigns, coordinate technical execution and offer placements, track campaigns success and report results;

• Work closely with colleagues to make promo relevant and successful: Retention Team, Community Manager, SMM Team, Affiliates Team, etc.;

• Cultivate innovative marketing tools, tactics and channels to achieve acquisition goals;

• Develop and share best practices, introduce new ideas and improve the way the organization operates.
