Graphic designer (gambling and betting industry)

Hello, our future colleague!

Our partner, a young and ambitious entertainment brand with an international presence, proceeds with expansion around the world. The Local Marketing Team will be responsible for establishing the brand, fitting customer communication, and boosting business in Ukraine.

And right now we are looking for a Graphic Designer, who will join our team and will be responsible for visualizing brand messages into creative content and making the brand visible and recognizable across channels. And if you have interest in sports and betting - we can guarantee that your creativity and skills will be expressed in full.

Our main expectations are:

• 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer or illustrator;

• Deep technical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Figma;

• Familiarity with Axure RP;

• Ability to deliver creatives without detailed brief;

• Good understanding of web design, mobile, and video editing;

• Strong sense of harmony and rhythm, understanding basics of typography, interest in different design areas;

• Strong interest in sports, poker, cybersport, betting, international marketing;

• High level of creativity and personal flexibility;

• Knowledge of prototyping tools (Sketch, Zeplin, Invision) would be an advantage;

• UX/UI background would be an advantage;

• Experience communicating with the external agency would be an advantage;

• Good knowledge of animation would be an advantage;

• Technical acumen and ability to work or study process flow or analytical working tools, such Jira, CRM system and others;

• Ability to work closely with the Marketing Team

• English - Intermediate, Russian and Ukrainian – Fluent.

So what are the tasks for our Graphic Designer:

• Lead creative efforts to establish brand visual style;

• Deliver visual marketing materials for multiple platforms;

• Cooperate closely with marketing managers to brainstorm visuals for promo materials;

• Ideate and design content and visuals for social media platforms: Insta, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.;

• Collaborate with other teams to support them in external communication;

• Maintain proficient knowledge of our products and current trends in web technologies and design practices;

We have a few steps in our hiring process for this position:

• Phone talk with Recruiter;

• Online interview with Head of Marketing, who will be your future team lead;

• Test task (you’ll need 2-3 hours);

• Final onsite meeting with a team.
