    We invite those who fired up to:

    — Brainstorm and implement PMHUB event plans and concepts;
    — Create and plan events from scratch according to the requirements, target audience, and objectives;
    — Prepare and handle budgets and invoices;
    — Manage related communications (with vendors and providers, speakers, sponsorships, and partnership deals;
    — Hire related personnel (DJs, waiters, etc.);
    — Handle logistics;
    — Handle post-event reports and develop event feedback surveys;
    — Create content for the channels within the projects: social media content, partnership programs, brand awareness on portals and platforms;
    — Analyze the event’s success and prepare related reports.

    Essential professional experience:

    — Experience in creating and organizing events for at least 3 years;
    — Experience in the formation of budgets and documentary support of projects;
    — Experience in negotiating with suppliers, sponsors, and partners.
