Your challenges:
- Responsible for creation, implementation and success measurement of: comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations campaigns related to Employer Brand;
- Employer Brand related marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials;
- Responsible for design, production and distribution of Parimatch Tech publications;
- Coordination of Company’s printing and digital materials;
- Counselling on marketing, communications and public relations;
- Ensuring that Parimatch Tech regularly conducts Employer Brand related market research;
- Leads projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events;
- Planning and budgeting;
- Responsible for the achievement of recruitment/communications/public relations mission, goals and financial objectives;
- Ensures that evaluation systems related to these goals and objectives are in place and reports the progress to HRD;
- Develops short- and long-term plans and budgets for the communications/ public relations campaigns and related activities, monitors progress, assures adherence and evaluates performance;
- Suggests short- and long-term goals and objectives to HRD;
- Develops, implements and monitors systems and procedures necessary for the smooth operation of the communications and public relations;
- Stays up-to-date with the trends of marketing, communications and public relations, not-for-profit management and governance, to help Parimatch Tech operate in an innovative way.
Essential professional experience:
- Experience in communications (internal or external), employer branding or marketing;
- Bachelors degree in journalism, marketing, or public relations;
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities;
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills;
- Experience developing and managing budgets, and hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising personnel;
- Demonstrated successful experience in writing press releases, creating presentations and negotiating with media;
- Experience in overseeing the design and production of printing materials and publications;
- Computer literacy in the word processing and database management;
- Commitment to work with the shared leadership and in the cross-functional teams;
- Strong oral and written communications skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time;
- English level: Advanced.
