Your challenges:

  • Responsible for creation, implementation and success measurement of: comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations campaigns related to Employer Brand;
  • Employer Brand related marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials;
  • Responsible for design, production and distribution of Parimatch Tech publications;
  • Coordination of Company’s printing and digital materials;
  • Counselling on marketing, communications and public relations;
  • Ensuring that Parimatch Tech regularly conducts Employer Brand related market research;
  • Leads projects as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events;
  • Planning and budgeting;
  • Responsible for the achievement of recruitment/communications/public relations mission, goals and financial objectives;
  • Ensures that evaluation systems related to these goals and objectives are in place and reports the progress to HRD;
  • Develops short- and long-term plans and budgets for the communications/ public relations campaigns and related activities, monitors progress, assures adherence and evaluates performance;
  • Suggests short- and long-term goals and objectives to HRD;
  • Develops, implements and monitors systems and procedures necessary for the smooth operation of the communications and public relations;
  • Stays up-to-date with the trends of marketing, communications and public relations, not-for-profit management and governance,  to help Parimatch Tech operate in an innovative way.

Essential professional experience:

  • Experience in communications (internal or external), employer branding or marketing;
  • Bachelors degree in journalism, marketing, or public relations;
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities;
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills;
  • Experience developing and managing budgets, and hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising personnel;
  • Demonstrated successful experience in writing press releases, creating presentations and negotiating with media;
  • Experience in overseeing the design and production of printing materials and publications;
  • Computer literacy in the word processing and database management;
  • Commitment to work with the shared leadership and in the cross-functional teams;
  • Strong oral and written communications skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time;
  • English level: Advanced.
