Business Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of learning courses and trainings;
• Development and implementation of employee development plans;
• Administration of the earning portal;
• Participation in personnel evaluation and employee development projects;
• Tendering for external providers;
• Description of policies and processes for the training department;
• Organization of training events.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the role of business trainer;
• Proven experience in developing and conducting of training programs;
• Higher education;
• Additional education in the training domain;
• Understanding and mastering of such processes as gamification, facilitation, moderation will be a plus.
