L2 Support Engineer

PMLAB (formerly BETLAB) is Ukrainian Product company in Sports betting sphere and we are looking for L2 Support Engineer tо keep up-to-date innovative and best technical stack in our product development.

We are making platform which covers all processes of Sports betting business. We started in 2014, and now we are 200+ team members all together working on achieving our shared goal and we keep growing!

Requirements (critical):

• 2+ years of proven relevant experience;
• Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, NewRelic);
• Experience with logging tools (ELK stack: ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana, Filebeat);
• Experience with Linux (Debian/Ubuntu/CentOS), (bash, RegExp, practical skills of using text processing commands: grep, awk, sed, cut and other);
• Experience with Windows server (PowerShell).

Requirements (wished):

• Apprenticeship with relevant work experience in a high scale and complex environments;
• Scripting (bash, Python, Go);
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker;
• Knowledge of Nomad, Consul;
• Knowledge of GitLab, CI/CD;
• Strong troubleshooting skills;
• Strong communication skills;
• Self-motivated, well-organized and team player.

Responsibilities:

• Support of logging and monitoring tools;
• Setting up monitoring for servers and services;
• Troubleshooting of services, suggestions for its optimization;
• Investigation and processing of incidents.
