B2G Relations Manager

We are looking for B2G Relations Manager to join our Team and take care of our B2G clients with genuine enthusiasm and commitment!

What you'll do:

• Providing quality support for existing clients - state companies and state authorities in Ukraine;
• Monitoring of tenders, preparation of all necessary documents for participating in tenders;
• Administrative support of contracts, preparation of additional agreements;
• Processing technical issues, collaboration with IT department in their solution;
• Invoices payment control.

What we expect:

• 2+ years of experience as B2B Account or Customer Support Manager;
• Experience in B2G sales support will be a strong plus;
• Experience in preparing tender documents;
• Knowledge of the tender process within public sector will be a strong plus;
• Intermediate level of English;
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written);
• Customer orientation.
