Livatek is looking for an inspired and outgoing Brand/Communication Manager for holding our banner high and visible in Ukraine and outside. This is a key new role for us, and you will be working with our Danish CEO and with several other functions in the company.
We are talking to two different audiences: potential B2B clients in Northern Europe and possible employees in Ukraine. Both groups are smart and sophisticated – and to be taken serious, we need to talk to them eye-to-eye.
The Communications Manager will ensure that we are reaching our audiences with the channels chosen and that our messaging is consistent.
Responsibilities:
- Strengthen and promote the Livatek brand to key audiences and stakeholders.
- Formulate and execute communication strategies to build our reputation as a serious and friendly partner for both clients and employees
- Coordinate creation and improvement of professional content for our European B2B target audience
- Writing shorter texts. Copywriting and improving texts written by others for clarity.
- Promote content through social media and on our website
- Define performance indicators for each channel to help us measure the success of campaigns and effectiveness of what we do
- Manage our websites for design, content and maintenance
- Manage our social media presence
- Manager production of illustrations and video
- Organise and execute events for tech professionals. Define target audiences with our recruitment manager, prepare subjects with our specialists, schedule and promote events mostly through social media.
- For the company internal audience, create and deliver communications through our Intranet and elsewhere
- You will be working with Office 365, Wordpress, Sharepoint and more
- To always be tweaking and improving!
Required skills:
Skills
- By nature, you are structured, positive, outgoing and not afraid of taking initiative and starting things on your own.
- You write engaging text in English. You have solid social media skills in at least Facebook and LinkedIn and you are comfortable with digital tools for image manipulation and others.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard tools.
- You measure what you do to be always improving. Which is also why, you would want this job. To get responsibility and grow with it in a real international environment.
Experience required
- You have tried most of this before. For at least 3 years in a similar role in an international environment.
- We need to hear that you have been part of defining a communications or marketing strategy and that you have executed it successfully. Plus, you have done a lot of writing.
Education
- Your educational background is not that important. But probably, you have at a bachelors degree or higher in English, business, marketing, psychology or in another relevant subject.
