YOU ARE:
- Fluent in English;
- The one with at least 1 year of commercial experience;
- Critical thinker and problem-solver;
- Team player;
- Skilled in time-management;
- Having great interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent at organizing and multitasking.
- Having a proven ability to take responsibility;
YOU WANT TO:
- Take part in the new clients' integration;
- Report on a regular basis;
- Maintain constant communication with support teams and the client;
- Make sure that support processes are built to an appropriate quality level;
- Train support teams and supervisors;
- Proactively mediate and resolve any client concerns etc.
- Monitor service quality;
- Monitor team discipline and ensuring corporate culture within the team;
- Take care of an internal product documentation.
